In the published article, there was an error in Figure 4B as published. During figure compilation, the image
intended to represent the first mouse in the UTD group was erroneously placed as the third mouse in the EGFRvIII CAR group on day 7 post-tumor-cell injection, resulting in image duplication in Figure 4B. This was an unintentional error in image placement. The corrected Figure 4 and its caption appear below.

Bioluminescence images of mice in three groups: UTD, EGFRvIII CAR, and 15×19 EGFRvIII CAR, taken on days 7, 11, 16, 23, 30, and 37 post-tumor injection. Brightly colored areas indicate tumor presence and activity, with intensity shown in a color scale ranging from blue (low) to red (high) luminescence. Tumor activity diminishes over time in both EGFRvIII CAR and 15×19 EGFRvIII CAR groups, particularly reduced in 15×19 EGFRvIII CAR group.
