ABSTRACT=Introduction: Tumor lysis syndrome (TLS) is often diagnosed in children with hematological malignancies and can be life threatening due to metabolic disturbances. Continuous renal replacement therapy (CKRT) can reverse these disturbances relatively quickly when conventional medical management fails.
