ABSTRACT=Xanthogranulomatous inflammation(XGI) is a rare condition that can involve multiple organs throughout the body as the gallbladder, kidney, skin,gastrointestinal tract,lymph nodes, and soft tissues. It is a benign condition but is often misdiagnosed as malignant. We report a case of XGI infiltrating simultaneously the gallbladder, bile duct, pancreas.
