Histopathological manifestations of the skin were nested tumor tissue in the dermis, with polygonal tumor cells, which had abundant cytoplasm filled with eosinophilic granules, and were stained pale pink. Immunohistochemical markers like S-100, vimentin and CD68 were positive. She was diagnosed with cutaneous granular cell tumor and treated by complete resection.
