Two paired line and bar graphs labeled A and B show CD4 T cell dynamics and NXT-2a IgG antibody titers during immunosuppression for two different subjects. In A (Pneumocystis infected), graphs display declining CD4 T cells (blue or red line) and fluctuating NXT-2a IgG antibody titers (black bars), with time on the x-axis and arrows marking NXT-2a immunization during immunosuppression. In B (Pneumocystis protected), similarly declining CD4 T cells but higher NXT-2a IgG antibody titers. Both panels include separate graphs of CD4 T cells per microliter and percentage, and y-axes indicating cell counts or titers.
