Panels A to E present data on ELOVL2 expression and effects in C4-2 enZR and LNCaP enZR cell lines. A and B show relative mRNA and protein levels, with reductions in experimental groups compared to controls. C depicts growth curves, indicating lower absorbance in sh-ELOVL2 groups over time. D shows colony formation assays, indicating fewer colonies in sh-ELOVL2 groups. E presents dose-response curves, demonstrating decreased cell viability in sh-ELOVL2 groups at various enzalutamide concentrations. Data include statistical significance markers.
