With advancements in high-frequency transducers and imaging protocols, transthoracic coronary artery imaging has become increasingly non-invasive, practical, and useful. This review aims to summarize the clinical value and applications of transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) to assess coronary blood flow at rest.
