<p>In the original article, there was a mistake in the figures and captions as published. The images were in the incorrect order and did not match the figure captions. The corrected <xref ref-type="fig" rid="F1">Figures 1</xref>&#x2013;<xref ref-type="fig" rid="F7">7</xref> appear below. Also the word &#x201c;between&#x201d; was duplicated in the caption of <xref ref-type="fig" rid="F6">Figure&#x20;6</xref>, so we removed the duplicate.</p>
